- Automatic History - Claim Manager automatically maintains complete history of all the actions taken on a claim. Each time it was edited, sent for payment, and acknowledgements or payments are also captured.
- Quick and Easy - History details can be viewed directly from the claims editor window. Two clicks of the mouse and you can see everything that has happened with your claim from day one!
- Reprint Reports - To view or print a report that posted to your claim, just click the link on the history entry and the report opens for printing, export, etc.
- Claim Status Inquiry - It takes just a few mouse clicks to send a claim status inquiry to the payer, and the status result is posted to your claim and added to your histroy.
